(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers' translation materials (electronic information, audio media, storage media, etc., provided by the customer as the original manuscript, including those translated by our company) and personal information (information that can identify a specific individual). We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, other relevant laws and regulations, and the guidelines of the competent authorities, and take appropriate measures for the safe management of this information.

 

Acquisition and Storage

The Company stores translation materials and personal information obtained from customers within the scope necessary for business operations.

Purpose of Use of Translation Materials

The Company does not use the acquired translation materials for purposes outside the intended scope. The purposes of use of the translation materials are as follows:

  • Providing translation quotes

  • Translation work

  • After-sales services for our services

 

Disposal of Translation Materials

The Company disposes of stored translation materials after the following periods, unless otherwise requested by the customer:

  • If no translation order is placed after the quote is sent: Disposal will be carried out promptly in the month following one month after the quote is sent.

  • If a translation order is placed: Disposal will be carried out promptly in the month following one month after the translation is delivered.

 

Use of Personal Information

The Company does not use acquired personal information for purposes outside the intended scope. The purposes of use of personal information are as follows:

  • Responding to inquiries and consultations

  • Sending translation quotes

  • Sending invoices and other documents requested by customers

  • After-sales services for our services

  • Marketing information about our services and products

Measures for the Safe Management

The Company takes adequate measures for the safe management of stored translation materials and personal information by establishing handling regulations and internal systems. In the event of any problems, we will promptly take appropriate corrective actions.

Provision of Information to Third Parties

The Company does not provide translation materials and personal information to third parties without the customer's consent, except in the following cases:

Revision Policy

If you are not satisfied with the translation results, we offer revisions under the following conditions:
 

  1. Revision Request Period: We provide up to 3 free revisions within 30 days of the completion of the translation.

  2. Revision Content: We will make necessary corrections based on customer feedback, including mistranslations, omissions, and improvements in expression.
     

Refund Policy

The Company offers refunds under the following conditions:
 

  1. Refund Request Period: If a refund request is made within 7 days of purchase, we will provide a full refund.

  2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are provided if there are significant errors in the translation or if the overall quality is deemed to not meet our standards.
     

Limitation of Liability

Once the translation has been officially approved and used, the Company assumes no responsibility for the content of the translation. The Company's responsibility ends when the customer reviews and approves the translation results.
 

Procedure

  1. Revision Request Procedure: If you wish to request a revision, please contact our support team with specific details of the issues in the translation results.

  2. Refund Request Procedure: If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide specific details of the issues.


Notes

  • Revision and refund requests are only accepted within the specified period after delivery.

  • The Company’s quality control team will determine the eligibility of revisions and refunds based on specific customer feedback.
